Ordinary roasted molybdenum concentrates: also known as industrial grade molybdenum oxide powder and industrial grade molybdenum oxide balls. It is a common type of roasted molybdenum concentrates, mainly used as raw materials for smelting molybdenum iron, molybdenum trioxide, ammonium molybdate, molybdate and various molybdenum compounds. After roasting, the sulfur content of ordinary roasted molybdenum concentrates is reduced to below 0.07%, which is suitable for various industrial applications.


Highly soluble roasted molybdenum concentrates: also known as highly soluble industrial grade molybdenum oxide, it has high solubility and is suitable for industrial applications requiring high-purity molybdenum concentrates. Highly soluble roasted molybdenum concentrates are widely used in the chemical industry, especially in the preparation of high-purity molybdenum compounds.

Chemical properties:

The minimum solubility in alkaline solution is 97%, and the acid insoluble matter is about 10%. The Mo content of ordinary roasted molybdenum concentrates is usually between 49% and 57%, and specific grades include YMo-57, YMo-55, etc. Different grades of molybdenum concentrates are suitable for different industrial applications.

Highly soluble roasted molybdenum concentrates are mainly used to prepare high-purity molybdenum compounds and alloys to meet specific industrial needs.

The determination of molybdenum content is determined according to the national standard method GB/T24482-2009, among which Pb, Cu, Sn, Sb, P, C, etc. are enriched during the roasting process, and the content of these impurities is also detected according to the national standard method GB/T24482-2009.
