Our molybdenum flat bar is sintered with high-purity molybdenum powder (≥99.95%), with a high melting point (2620°C), excellent thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion, and is particularly suitable for high temperature, vacuum and corrosive environments. The shapes of our molybdenum bar include round and square; optional materials include pure molybdenum, TZM (titanium zirconium molybdenum alloy) and molybdenum lanthanum alloy, which meet the ASTM B387 standard. The size of molybdenum bar can be customized according to needs.

Our pure molybdenum bar can provide a variety of process methods according to different customer needs: including sintering, forging, turning and centerless grinding, etc. The diameter range of pure molybdenum bar covers from about 3mm (0.125 inches) to 152mm (6.0 inches), and the length can reach up to 8 meters (26 feet).
2. The surface state of pure molybdenum bar can be selected as black skin (surface with oxide layer, for self-treatment before high temperature use), pickling (remove oxide layer, the surface is cleaner), or bright surface after centerless grinding (Ra≤0.8μm).
