Liaoning Hongtuo New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established on May 15, 2019. The factory is located at No. 52, Zhongxin Road, Taihe District, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, China. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Liaoning Chuangshi Molybdenum Industry (Group) Co., Ltd., we focus on the deep processing, research and development, and manufacturing of molybdenum series products.

At present, the total construction area of our factory has reached 6,670 square meters, and the first phase construction area has reached 28,500 square meters. The entire factory environment is clean and the structural layout is reasonable.

Technology and equipment strength:

Energy-saving roasting system: We use the energy-saving rotary kiln system pioneered in China, which uses the heat released by the oxidation reaction of molybdenum disulfide to maintain high-temperature production, which is not only energy-saving but also environmentally friendly.

Ferromolybdenum smelting technology: 

Our ferromolybdenum production line has achieved a high degree of automation, and multiple smelting furnaces are operated in turn. While the efficiency is improved, the work intensity of workers has been reduced a lot. The whole process is safe, efficient, continuous and stable.

High-purity product process: 

We have complete deep processing capabilities from ammonium molybdate to high-purity molybdenum trioxide and then to molybdenum powder. Using acid washing purification and six-temperature zone roasting technology, the product has high purity, low impurities, and uniform particle size, and customer feedback has been good.
